Tour Inclusions

There are few things included in the tour package and they are-

• You will get the pickup from your hotel on time.

• You will be taken to the Hajj Mountains by drive.

Point to be noted :

• Your tour guide and driver will do the seating arrangement prior to the journey. You cannot change much in this during the trip.

• The transportation will depend on the convenience of the vehicles.
• The pickup and drop off time can be rescheduled depending on a few things. You will be informed if any such things happen.

Things to remember:

The weather condition is very important for such fun rides. In case the weather is not so pleasant the timing can be rescheduled. However you will be notified about this change so that you can avail the rescheduled ride. It is better to avoid wearing skirts as that could be uncomfortable. Track pants and athletic pants can be your perfect attire for such rides. You need to have a sun hat to get protected from the direct sun rays. Wearing sneakers would be wiser than wearing the high heels.

Tour Timings

The duration of the ride will be of 6 hours. You will get to know the pickup and drop-off time while making the booking. These rides start from 4-4:30am and ends around 10-10:30am. In case of any changes in this you will be notified.

Booking Procedures:

You can opt for online booking and can make the payment using your credit/debit cards. You can also call up the authorities so that they can send their trip consultants to you. You then need to discuss and finalize the booking procedure with the consultant. The payment procedure is absolutely safe and secured.

Cancellation Policy:

IN case of cancellation you need to inform the authority at least a day prior to the trip to get the refund. You won’t get any refund if you inform about the cancellation in less than that time.
